100 CALORIE BROWNIES - GLUTEN FREE + VEGAN


INGREDIENTS:
▫️ 250g buckwheat flour (or any plain)
▫️ 50g peanut butter (or any from the range)
▫️ 70g cacao powder
▫️ 1/2 tsp baking powder
▫️ squeeze of lemon juice
▫️ vanilla extract
▫️ enough water to make batter (not too runny)
▫️ chocolate chips/ chocolate bar cut in chunks


METHOD:
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients except chocolate chips.
2. Pour into tray and top up with chocolate chips.
3. Bake at 180 for about 12-15min or until cooked.
4. Let to cool, cut into 15 brownies and enjoy!


STORE IN FRIDGE FOR 3 DAYS OR FREEZE
