4 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
▫️2 ripe bananas, mashed
▫️1 cup oats 
▫️50g vanilla protein powder,
▫️1/3 cup 100% crunchy peanut butter
▫️chocolate chips (or raisins!)

METHOD:
▫️Line a tray with parchment paper.
▫️ Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and combine well.
▫️In a separate bowl put the wet ingredients and mix well to form a sticky like dough, then combine both.
▫️Shape into cookies, add chocolate chips and place in the fridge for at least 2 hrs until firm. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
