4 INGREDIENT PROTEIN BARS

INGREDIENTS:
▫️ 1/2 cup coconut flour
▫️ 2 cups smooth peanut butter
▫️ 80g protein powder 
▫️ 30g cacao nibs
METHOD:
▫️ In a bowl combine all the ingredients.
▫️ In a tray lined with parchment paper, evenly spread the mixture and press down firmly.
▫️ Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours before cutting into bars. Store for up to 5 days in the fridge.
