90 SECOND MUG CAKE - GLUTEN + DAIRY FREE
▫️ 20g flour (I used buckwheat)
▫️ 8g cacao powder
▫️ 10g chocolate spread (or any from the range)
▫️1/2 tsp vanilla extract
▫️ 1 egg white
▫️ 25g apple puree OR 1/2 banana
▫️ 1/2 tsp baking powder
▫️ squeeze of lemon juice
▫️ 25g water
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Spray mug with non stick spray and pour batter.
3. Microwave for 60 seconds and check if cooked. If not, microwave in 30 seconds intervals (mine was ready in 90 seconds total)
4. Top up with more chocolate spread, syrup and enjoy!
