ALMOND BUTTER CHOCOLATE CUPS

 

INGREDIENTS
▪️1 cup walnuts

▪️1 tsp cinnamon
▪️2 tbsp maple syrup
▪️6 tbsp almond butter or any from the range
▪️Pinch of salt
▪️150g chocolate, melted
▪️Coconut oil

METHOD
1. On a sheet pan, add the walnuts, cinnamon and maple syrup. Roast for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden.
2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil.
3. Chop the walnuts and add to the melted chocolate. Mix and add a pinch of salt.
4. Add a tbsp in each cup and freeze for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
6. Add a tbsp of almond butter on top of the chocolate in each cup, then add a tbsp of chocolate and walnut mixture to cover the almond butter. Freeze again for 30 minutes.
