ANTI-INFLAMATORY PROTEIN OATS



INGREDIENTS

▪️40g oats
▪️1 tsp turmeric
▪️1/2 tsp cinnamon
▪️1/4 tsp ginger
▪️dash of pepper (this helps the absorption of turmeric in the body)
▪️1/2 tsp vanilla
▪️100g egg whites, whisked
▪️1 scoop collagen

TOPPINGS
▪️raisins
▪️hemp seeds
▪️your favourite nut butter from the range

METHOD
1. In a bowl, add oats and enough water to cover.
2. Microwave for 2 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Microwave for 1 minute, mix and microwave for another minute.
4. Add any toppings and enjoy!
