BANG BANG CAULIFLOWER
INGREDIENTS:
▫️1 cauliflower
▫️2 tbs cashew butter
▫️1 cup milk
▫️1 tsp curry powder
▫️2 tsp Garam Masala
▫️1/2 tsp cumin powder
▫️1/2 tsp coriander powder
METHOD:
▫️Cut the cauliflower into florets.
▫️Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.
▫️Add the sauce to the florets
▫️Mix to coat well each floret with the sauce.
▫️Transfer sauce-covered florets to baking sheet and bake in oven for another 5-7 minutes until crispy and lightly browned.
▫️Remove from oven and serve immediately!
PS: the sauce is perfect even on its self as a dipping sauce for veggies.
