CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
▫️100g rolled oats
▫️244g almond milk
▫️2 ripe bananas, mashed
▫️2 eggs
▫️pinch of salt salt
▫️21g cacao powder

▫️1 tbsp 100% almond butter
▫️1 tsp baking powder

TOPPINGS:
▫️43g cashews, chopped

▫️20g pumpkin seeds
▫️chocolate, melted
▫️3 tbsp 100% almond butter
▫️1 tsp coconut oil

1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.

2. Transfer to a tray and top up with cashews and pumpkin seeds.

3. Bake for 10-13minutes or until fully cooked.

4. In a bowl, melt chocolate, coconut oil and almond butter.

5. Drizzle on cake and enjoy!
