CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA SQUARES
▪️165g flour (wholemeal, spelt, buckwheat)
▪️4 1/2 bananas, ripe
▪️55g peanut butter
▪️30g vanilla protein (optional)
▪️30g stevia (or any sweetener)
▪️2 tsp baking powder
▪️1/2 tsp baking soda
▪️25g chocolate chips
▶️pre-heat oven to 180.
▶️in a bowl, mash banana well.
▶️add flour, protein powder, stevia, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
▶️add peanut butter and water and mix.
▶️transfer to baking tray, top with chocolate chips and baking for 18-20min.
▶️store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze! microwave for 30seconds before eating!
