CHOCOLATE CHUNK BROWNIES

CHOCOLATE CHUNK BROWNIES🍫 can’t get any better than this if you tell me!!

you’ll need:
➡️150g flour (plain or self raising)
➡️60g choc protein powder
➡️25g cacao powder
➡️10g chia seeds
➡️15g peanut butter (or any nut butter)
➡️400ml almond milk (or any milk)
➡️10g sweetener (i used stevia)
➡️1/4 tsp baking powder
➡️75g chocolate bar (cut into chunks)

method:
1️⃣pre-heat oven to 180.
2️⃣in a bowl, mix milk and chia seeds.
3️⃣add your dry ingredients and peanut butter and mix until a batter forms.
4️⃣add the chocolate chunks and mix well.
5️⃣transfer to tray, add more chocolate chunks (optional but highly reccommended) and bake for 13-15min.
6️⃣let to cool, and ENJOY!!!!
*store in fridge for up to 4 days, and microwave for 30sec before eating so the chocolate melts!
