CHOCOLATE COCONUT FUDGE BARS
INGREDIENTS:
▫️260g coconut cashew butter (or any from our range)
▫️120g liquid sweetener (honey/maple syrup)
▫️100g coconut flour
▫️35g chocolate bar, melted

▫️chocolate chips/ chocolate chunks
METHOD:

1. In a bowl, mix the coconut cashew butter and liquid sweetener.
2. Add coconut flour and mix well.
3. Combine using hands and flatten in a tray covered in parchment paper.
4. Add your chocolate layer and top with chocolate chunks.
5. Freeze for 15 minutes, cut into bars and enjoy!
