CHOCOLATE PUFF PASTRY POCKETS

INGREDIENTS:
▫️1 roll puff pastry
▫️chocolate spread
▫️some strawberries or any fruit of choice
▫️powered sugar to decorate on top

METHOD:
1. Thaw the puff pastry if frozen, then gently roll a couple of times to even it out. Cut into 4 equal squares
2. Add some chocolate and hazelnut spread on two of the puff pastry cut outs
3. Place some fruit in the middle. I chose strawberries
4. Bake on 190C for around 25 minutes or golden brown
5. Sift some powered sugar on top for a nice effect.
