CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY SANDWICH COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
▪️1 cup hazelnuts
▪️1 cup oats
▪️150g chocolate, melted
▪️1/3 cup water
▪️Chocolate raspberry spread
METHOD:
1. In a food processor or blender, add hazelnuts, oats and chocolate.
2. Blend until smooth and add water slowly until a dough forms.
3. Roll out the dough in between 2 pieces of parchment paper and cut the cookies into round shapes.
4. Bake for 15 minutes on 200C.
5. Once cooled, spread the chocolate raspberry spread on one cookie and close with another cookie.
6. Top with melted chocolate raspberries.
