CHOCOLATE & STRAWBERRY YOGHURT BARK

INGREDIENTS:
▪️Strawberries
▪️Greek yogurt
▪️Honey
▪️Peanut butter
▪️Vanilla
▪️Chocolate, melted

METHOD:
1. Chop the strawberries into thin slices and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, vanilla, honey and peanut butter.
3. Add this layer on top of the strawberries.
4. Pour over the melted dark chocolate
5. Freeze for about 2 hours until set. Slice up and enjoy!
