COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BITES
INGREDIENTS
▪️120g almond flour
▪️50g vanilla protein powder
▪️42g maple syrup
▪️40g cookie dough
▪️25g chocolate chips
METHOD:
1. In a bowl add almond flour, protein powder, cookie dough butter, maple syrup and mix well.
2. Add half the chocolate chips and mix again.
3. On a parchment lined tray, flatten mixture and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
4. Freeze for around 30 minutes or until set.
5. Cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
