CREAM COCONUT BITES

 

INGREDIENTS:
▪️
1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
▪️1/2 cup greek yogurt
▪️2 tbsp maple syrup/ honey
▪️3 tbsp Munch A Bunch cookies and cream butter
▪️chocolate, melted

METHOD:
1. In a bowl add the coconut, yogurt and maple syrup and mix well to form a coconut dough. If consistency isn’t firm, add more coconut.
2. Press the coconut mixture into a dish lined with baking paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
3. In a pan, add the cookies and cream nut butter (optional: with 1 tsp of coconut oil) and cook until it is melted on low heat.
4. Spread the melted nut butter on top of the coconut base, drizzle some chocolate and store in the freezer until set.
