ENERGY BALLS

INGREDIENTS:
▪️1 cup oats 
▪️1 cup walnuts, chopped 
▪️1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 
▪️1/2 cup desiccated coconut 
▪️2 tbsp black sesame seeds 
▪️1 tbsp chia seeds 
▪️1/2 cup keto butter 
▪️1/3 cup maple syrup
▪️2 tbsp water 


TOPPINGS:
chocolate, melted
sesame seeds


METHOD:
1. In a bowl mix together the dry ingredients. 
2. Add 1/2 cup of keto butter, 1/3 cup of maple and water and mix well. 
3. Shape into balls and freeze for 15 minutes. 
4. Top with melted chocolate and seeds.
