FLOURLESS BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS:
▫️1 cup old fashioned oats
▫️3 tbsp cocoa powder
▫️1/4 tsp sea salt
▫️1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
▫️1 cup pitted dates
▫️1 apple
▫️1 tbs ground flax
▫️1/4 cup peanut butter
▫️1 cup plant milk
▫️1/4 cup chocolate chips

METHOD:
▫️Place the dates in a large bowl and cover in hot water.
▫️Soak for 20 minutes then drain well.
▫️Process the oats in a blender to make it into flour.
▫️Chop the apple in small pieces.
▫️Preheat the oven to 200C.
▫️Add the oat flour and everything except the chocolate chips to a food processor and process into a thick batter.
▫️Mix the chocolate with a spoon.
▫️Add to a baking dish - Preferably line with parchment paper.
▫️Scoop the batter into the pan and spread with a spatula until smooth. The batter will be quite thick.
▫️Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top
▫️Bake the brownies for 24 minutes at 200C then remove from the oven and let sit in the pan for 15 minutes before carefully slicing and lifting from the pan. 
▫️Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freezer for up to 2 months.
