GLUTEN FREE VEGAN COOKIES



INGREDIENTS:
▫️1 avocado, ripe
▫️1 banana, ripe
▫️1/2 cup 100% almond butter
▫️1/2 cup maple syrup
▫️1/2 cup cocao powder
▫️1/8 cup almond flour
▫️1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

METHOD:
1. Blend all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
2. Pour mixture in a bowl and add chocolate chips.
3. Scoop out with a spoon, shape into cookies, bake for around 20min.
