GRANOLA BOWL
INGREDIENTS:
▪️1/3 cup pistachios
▪️2 tbsps pumpkin seeds
▪️1/3 cup walnuts
▪️1/3 cup oats
▪️1 tbsp coconut oil
▪️2 tbsps honey or maple syrup
YOGHURT BOWL TOPPINGS:
▪️mango
▪️granola
▪️nut butter
▪️honey
METHOD:
1. In a bowl, mix together the nuts, seeds and oats.
2. Add the oil and honey and sure everything is well combined.
3. Bake until golden and set aside. Let it cool completely.
4. Mix Greek yogurt with some honey and add the granola, nut butter and fruit.
5. Top with honey and enjoy!
