HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE FUDGE BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
▪️1 can chickpeas
▪️1 cup oats
▪️1/3 cup hazelnut butter
▪️2 tbsp hemp seeds
▪️3 tbsp maple syrup/ honey
▪️1 tsp vanilla extract
▪️80g chocolate,melted
METHOD
1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.
2. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
3. Roll into balls and drizzle more chocolate on top.
