HIGH PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS (NO PROTEIN POWDER!)
INGREDIENTS to make 4:
▫️2 cups oats
▫️1 cup water
▫️450g low fat cottage cheese
▫️1/2 cup 100% peanut butter
▫️1/4 cup maple syrup
▫️1 tsp cinnamon
▫️chocolate, melted
METHOD:
1. Blend the oats, water, cottage cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon.
2. Portion into 4 containers and top with melted dark chocolate.
3. Store in the fridge. Perfect for breakfast or as part of children’s lunch boxes.
