KETO BOMBS
INGREDIENTS:
▫️1/4 cup sunflower seeds
▫️1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
▫️1 cup desiccated coconut
▫️1 cup hazelnuts
▫️1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
▫️1/4 cup water
▫️1 tsp vanilla extract
▫️keto nut butter
▫️chocolate, melted
METHOD:
- Blend together hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, desiccated coconut, vanilla extract, water and coconut oil.
- Fill each cupcake liner with some mixture and press down. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Add a spoonful of keto nut butter on each base and freeze for another 30 minutes.
- Top with melted chocolate on top and seeds.
- Freeze for 1 hour and ENJOY!
