NO BAKE ALMOND PROTEIN SQUARES

INGREDIENTS:
▫️3 cups oats
▫️60g protein powder
▫️100g almond butter
▫️4 tbsp maple syrup/ honey/ agave
▫️5 tbsp milk
▫️1 tbsp chia seeds
▫️1 tbsp hemp seeds

METHOD:
▫️In a bowl combine dry ingredients, then add all your wet ingredients and mix well.
▫️Place in a tray lined with parchment paper and flatten out evenly.
▫️Store in the fridge for 2/3 hours before cutting. Keeps fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days.
