NO BAKE CHOC PEANUT BUTTER DOUBLE DECKER PROTEIN BARS

INGREDIENTS:
▫️3 cups oats
▫️1 cup smooth peanut butter
▫️1 cup chocolate spread 
▫️ 50g vegan protein powder (optional)
▫️1 cup maple syrup/ honey or agave
METHOD:
▫️Place all the oats and protein powder in a bowl and combine. Divide mixture in half and place in another bowl.
▫️In one bowl, add the peanut butter and in the other bowl add the chocolate spread.
▫️Add 1/2 cup maple syrup in each bowl.
▫️Mix all the ingredients to form a sticky batter (I used my hands).
▫️In a tray lined with parchment paper, place the peanut butter mix and evenly spread out using a spatula. Place in the fridge for 30-40 minutes, just enough time for the slab to harden.
▫️Then place the chocolate mixture on the peanut layer and spread evenly.
▫️Place back in the fridge and allow to set for 2-3hrs before consuming.
▫️Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for further consumption.
