NO BAKE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN BARS

INGREDIENTS:
▫️1 cup almond butter
▫️1/2 cup maple syrup/ honey/ agave
▫️1 tbsp cacao powder
▫️25g white chocolate
METHOD:
▫️1/2 cup maple syrup/ honey/ agave
▫️1 tbsp cacao powder
▫️25g white chocolate
METHOD:
▫️In a bowl place all the wet ingredients and mix well.
▫️ Add the dry ingredients except for the white chocolate and start to combine well to form a dough like texture.
▫️In a lined dish, evenly spread the mixture and press firmly using your hands.
▫️Sprinkle with white chocolate chunks and slightly press into the mix.
▫️ Place in the fridge for 2hrs before cutting.
▫️Store in a air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or the freezer for later consumption.
