NO BAKE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BARS
INGREDIENTS:
▫️1 cup walnuts
▫️1 cup brazil nuts
▫️10 Medjool dates
▫️3 tbsp 80% melted dark chocolate
▫️1/3 cup chocolate spread
▫️1 scoop of protein powder (or oat flour)
METHOD:
▫️1 cup brazil nuts

METHOD:
1. In a blender add all ingredients and mix well.
2. Add the mixture into a sheet pan and freeze for 20 minutes.
3. Top up with nuts and cut them into squares.
