NO BAKE COCONUT VANILLA PROTEIN BARS

INGREDIENTS:
▫️3 cups oats
▫️ 1 cup coconut cashew butter
▫️ 1 cup maple syrup/ honey/ agave
▫️ 80g vanilla protein powder
▫️ vanilla extract/ drops/ essence

METHOD:
▫️In a bowl place all the wet ingredients and combine well.
▫️ Add the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough like texture.
▫️ In a lined dish, evenly spread the mixture and press firmly using your hands.
▫️ Sprinkle with dedicated coconut.
▫️ Place in the fridge for 2hrs before cutting.
▫️ Store in a air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or the freezer for later consumption.
