NUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BITES
INGREDIENTS:
▫️200g dates
▫️2/3 cup water
▫️1/2 cup any nut butter
▫️2 cup almond flour
▫️1/2 tsp salt
▫️115g dark chocolate
METHOD:
▫️Blend the dates and water until smooth.
▫️Add the nut butter butter and blend again.
▫️Transfer to a bowl.
▫️Stir in almond flour and salt.
▫️Add some extra almond flour if mixture is not stif enough.
▫️Form in an egg shape.
▫️Freeze for 30 minutes.
▫️Coat in melted chocolate.
▫️Sprinkle with toppings of your choice.
