OATY CHOCOLATE RINGS

INGREDIENTS:
▫️90g oat flour (blended oats)
▫️20g peanut butter
▫️20g chocolate spread
▫️3 tbsp agave/ maple syrup/ honey
▫️6-8 dates
▫️chocolate
METHOD:
▫️Blend together oats, peanut butter, chocolate spread, dates and agave.
▫️  Scoop the mix, form balls and poke a hole in the middle.
▫️Let them sit in the fridge for 30mins - 1hr.
▫️Melt some chocolate and dunk the rings in.
▫️Refrigerate until set and ENJOY!
