PEANUT BUTTER BERRY OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS:
▫️1 cup vegan plain yogurt
▫️1 ¼ cup unsweetened plant milk
▫️1 tsp chia seeds
▫️1 cup rolled oats
▫️1/4 cup Mixed Berries
▫️Toppings: 100% peanut butter, jam, seeds
METHOD:
▫️Add yogurt and almond milk to a medium bowl and stir until well combined and creamy.
▫️Stir in chia seeds and oats.
▫️Cover bowl and place in the fridge for at least three hours or overnight.
▫️Once ready to assemble, grab your favorite containers, fill halfway full with oat mixture, then add a tablespoon of berries followed by a tablespoon of peanut butter to each jar.
▫️Top with remaining oats, then cover and place in the fridge for later or enjoy immediately
