CHOCOLATE PECAN BITES

INGREDIENTS:
▪️1 + 1/2 cups pecans

▪️1 cup oats
▪️8 medjool dates
▪️2 tbsp chia seeds
▪️1/3 cup any nut butter from the range
▪️1 tbsp water

TOPPINGS
▪️chocolate, melted
▪️salt
▪️pecans

METHOD
1. In a food processor or blender add all the ingredients except for topping ingredients and blend until smooth.

2. Add the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and flatten well.
3. Top with melted chocolate, add a pinch of salt and top with pecans.
4. Freeze for an hour and cut into squares.
