PISTACHIO BROWNIE BITES


INGREDIENTS:
▪️10 medjool dates 
▪️1 cup pistachios
▪️1 cup oats 
▪️1 tbsp cacao powder 
▪️chocolate bar, melted
▪️100% pistachio butter 

 

METHOD:
1. Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes.
2. Melt the chocolate and let cool.
3. In a blender or food processor add all ingredients except pistachio butter. 
4. Shape into balls and make a hole in the middle.
5. Add pistachio butter in the middle and freeze for 1 hour.
