PROTEIN PEANUT BOMBS

INGREDIENTS:
▫️58g 100% peanut butter
▫️25g maple syrup (or honey/ agave)
▫️25g coconut flour
▫️your favourite protein bar, chopped

METHOD:
1. In a bowl mix together peanut butter and maple syrup.
2. Add coconut flour and mix well.
3. Chop up your protein bar and add 3/4 to the mixture.
4. Divide into 3, and using moulds, shape into cups.
5. Top with the remaining of the bar, refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
