RAW VEGAN COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
▫️1 cup pecans
▫️1 cup pistachios
▫️10 medjool dates
▫️1/2 cup of almond butter
▫️2 tbsp of maple syrup (or honey)
▫️Dark chocolate

METHOD:
1. Soak the medjool dates in warm water for 5 minutes.
2. Blend the pecans and pistachio well.
3. Remove the dates from the water, add them in the food processor together with the almond butter and maple syrup.
4. Blend everything for a few minutes, shape into cookies and freeze for 15 minutes.
6. Dip in melted chocolate, a pecan and enjoy!
