VEGAN PESTO
INGREDIENTS
▫️100g fresh basil
▫️25g cashew butter
▫️30g lemon juice
▫️30g olive oil
▫️pinch of salt
OPTIONAL: fresh garlic
METHOD
1. Blend all ingredients together and store in an empty nut butter jar.
You can add to pasta, rice cakes or sandwiches.
✖️Store in the fridge for 5 days or freeze!
