WHITE CHOCOLATE BLISS BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
▪️5 medjool dates
▪️1/2 cup dried apricots
▪️1/3 cup white chocolate spread or any from our range
▪️1/2 cup cashews
▪️1/2 cup oats
▪️2 tbsp water
▪️white chocolate, melted
METHOD:
1. In a food processor or blender mix together the oat and cashews.
2. Add the dates, nut butter, water and apricots. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
3. Shape into balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Dip in white chocolate or drizzle.
