Who runs Munch A Bunch?
Rebecca is the founder of Munch A Bunch and she is completely obsessed with nut butter and good treats. She now runs this business with her partner in life, Sam. You can find out more here.

What is nut butter and how do I eat it?
Nut butter is a spread made from nuts that are blitzed up until they become smooth and silky. Click here if you need some inspiration as we offer over 70 free recipes.

Why does my nut butter have a layer of oil on top?
This is a reminder that our nut butters only use natural ingredients and never use any palm oil or additives. Because of this, you should expect to see some natural oil separation, which can be solved by simply stirring the oils back for a couple of minutes in to the nut butter using a fork or knife.

 

Are your products dairy-free?
Yes! 


Are your products gluten-free?
We do have gluten free options, however our kitchen is not 100% gluten free and there might be some cross contamination. We try our absolute best to make sure this doesn’t happen.


Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes! Everything is vegan and vegetarian friendly.


I'm allergic to a particular nut, can I order something that doesn't contain it?
Our kitchen handles all types of nuts, so if you're allergic to any of them, we put your health first and do not suggest anything from our menu as there might be cross contamination. Sorry about it!

Can I freeze my treats such as balls, brownies, donuts, cakes etc?
YES! They freeze for months, which make it perfect to bulk buy.

Do any of your products NOT contain nuts?
No sorry, we're a nut based company.


Do I need to refrigerate my nut butters?
No, we do not recommend as this will thicken the texture. The cupboard is perfect!

Why are your products not organic?
It’s simple: the cost. We really want to make products that are as accessible as possible, and organic nuts would make our nut butters, treats and cakes much more expensive. Instead we focus on sourcing the highest quality ingredients.

Can dogs eat peanut butter?
Yes! Our peanut butter is 100% peanuts, so it's safe for dogs to eat, in fact we get tagged in lots of photos of dogs licking our nut butter off the spoon.


How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code - lucky you! -you'll be able to enter it at checkout.


Do you have a shop?
We have an online shop. We deliver over EUR 26 however we stock some shops and cafes. You can find the list by clicking here.

Do you deliver to Gozo?
For the time being, unfortuntely we are not offering delivery to Gozo.

 

When trying to checkout, I’m getting "does not ship to this address" error. What’s wrong?
We deliver over EUR 26, so that might be the problem.

How does the loyalty card work?
On your bottom right, you will see a red icon. This is your digital loyalty card. When you click on it, you can view ways how to earn and redeem your points for a discount. You will get a code - enter this at checkout.
